Our pricing is based on a fair assessment of the time and effort involved in the cleaning of an appliance of average condition to a standard that we can be proud of and you are satisfied with. Our timing expectations are generously benchmarked against the parameters suggested by The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners.
The following prices represent what you actually pay (ie. there is no VAT to add). All prices are subject to our Fair Pricing Policy (below)

Oven Doors
Outside and oven facing panel and glass always cleaned. Cleaning the inner glass may also be possible, depending on make. There will be an extra charge for this when the operation requires considerable extra time. Please indicate if you want us to clean inner glass pane(s) and have your instruction manual handy when we come
COMPLEX DOORS
Taken apart at customer’s risk
Where manufacturer instructions are available that demonstrate the process of taking apart and reassembling complex doors, e.g., to clean multiple panes, such as Neff Slide and Hide, great care is always taken. However, this will be undertaken, where requested, at your own risk. And it is recommended that you insure your appliance with Domestic & General (or similar) for parts and labour, because some high-wear components have been known to suddenly fail, requiring an engineer call-out.
FAIR-PRICING POLICY
Our fair pricing approach means that we will, as far as possible, keep to our pricing estimates, but where the oven has been neglected to the extent that it requires a more time-consuming and heavy-duty clean, then we reserve the right to add a fair premium (£43/hr extra) to reflect the extra time and work involved.
Also, we reserve the right to amend prices where the actual clean differs from the description given. For example, an oven bulb needs replacing, oven trays/extra shelves need cleaning, or the size of the appliance differs from the description. (Revision 3 dated 1st June 2025)
